First Baptist Church at The Fields can offer parts of our campus on a space-available basis to members of First Baptist Church at The Fields. Our facilities can accommodate anything from small meetings (classroom-style set-ups) to large ones (up to 350 people around tables).
CONDITIONS FOR SPACE RENTAL
1. Potential renters must be members of First Baptist Church at The Fields.
2. Types of events must correspond with the beliefs of First Baptist Church at The Fields.
3. Rental rates vary based on room size and setup needed.
4. Events must be at least three weeks out from the date the request is made.
5. Events cannot be booked more than four months in advance of the event date.
6. The facility is not available for rentals on Sundays.
7. We do not book events of a recurring nature.
8. We do not rent facilities for any sports teams or leagues.
9. No smoking, smokeless tobacco, or e-cigarettes are allowed on the property.
10. No alcohol or drugs are allowed on the property.
11. No weapons are allowed on the property.
12. No inflatables are allowed on the property.
13. Rentals on Saturday evenings must end by 6 pm.
SPACES AVAILABLE TO RENT
There is a 2-hour minimum to rent spaces. The soccer/football field, baseball fields, volleyball courts, basketball courts, and Pavilion are not available to rent.

The Pavilion is not available to be rented but can be used on a first-come, first-serve basis. There are also two charcoal grills available for use (just make sure to bring your own charcoal). During the spring and summer months, the splash pad will be operating throughout the day if the temperature is at least 75 degrees outside.
