What: Fields of Faith by FCA

Where: Tostitos Championship Plaza at the Star in Frisco

When: Wednesday, October 12 – 6:30-8 pm (We will NOT be having Student Midweek at The Fields on this night)

Why: The world points our kids in countless directions for acceptance, happiness and purpose. All of the directions of the world lead to more stress, chaos and anxiety. Therefore, we need to point students to Jesus, the ONE Way, the ONLY Truth and the BEST Life.

FAQs

Where exactly is the Tostitos Championship Plaza at the Star?

How will our kids get to The Star?

  • You will be responsible for dropping off and picking up your student. With the large crowds, we heavily suggest carpooling and making a plan for pick-up and drop-off location.
  • The parking garages may fill up quickly so the “Gaylord Lot” or “Gridiron Lot” may be good meeting points.

Will our Fields Students be sitting together?

  • Our hope is to have areas designated for our church, but there will not be strict assigned seating.

What will they do at the event?

  • Fields of Faith will include worship music, student testimonies, a sermon and guided prayer huddles for the community.

Will there still be a student event at the church if we do not want to go to Fields of Faith?

  • No, there will not be a student event on Wednesday, Oct. 12. However, all of the other ministries will continue to meet as normal at Midweek at The Fields.

How will you keep the kids safe?

  • We will have Police, Fire, and Medical teams at the event. Also, Dallas Baptist University will send dozens of college students to chaperone. In addition to the DBU Students, we are inviting parents to come and chaperone.
