Our fitness programs are a great way to get in shape and connect with others in our community. Join us for a Zumba class, visit our walking track, and keep checking back for new classes and opportunities.
Zumba is a fitness program that uses music and dance to create a dynamic, exciting, and effective cardio workout. Classes are offered on Tuesday evenings from 6:30 to 7:30 pm. The next session is March 24 to April 28. Join anytime - each class is $7 at the door or register for the whole session and save $2 per class. If you are brand new, your first class is FREE. Wear workout clothes, bring a bottle of water, and get ready for some fun!
Thrive Yoga is a fitness class focused on strength, flexibility, community, and faith. All levels are welcome and you can join anytime. Classes are offered on Friday mornings from 9 to 10 am. The next session is March 27 to May 8. Each class is $7 at the door or register for the whole session and save. If you are brand new, the first class is FREE. Wear workout clothes, bring your yoga mat, and join us this season.
