Tuesday Evenings

Zumba is a fitness program that uses music and dance to create a dynamic, exciting, and effective cardio workout. Classes are offered on Tuesday evenings from 6 to 7 pm. Each class is $7 at the door or register for the whole session and save. If you are brand new, your first class is FREE. Wear workout clothes, bring a bottle of water, and get ready for some fun!
