Varied Schedule

Camp Gladiator is coming to The Fields! Join us for this fun and challe nging workout program at any of the following times:

Monday: 5-6 am & 5:30-6:30 pm
Tuesday: 6-7 pm
Wednesday: 5-6 am & 5:30-6:30 pm
Thursday*: 6-7 pm
Friday*: 5-6 am
Saturday: 8:15-9:15 am

*CG runs on a four-week cycle. The fifth week is Community Week, an exclusive week with a modified Camp schedule for any Campers. There will be no Camp times on Thursday or Friday of Community Week.

Bring a fitness mat, 8-20 lb dumbbells, and water. Contact Trainer Ashley Whitehead for more information.

Tuesday Evenings

Zumba is a fitness program that uses music and dance to create a dynamic, exciting, and effective cardio workout. Classes are offered on Tuesday evenings from 6 to 7 pm. Each class is $5 at the door or register for the whole session and save. If you are brand new, your first class is FREE. Wear workout clothes, bring a bottle of water, and get ready for some fun!

The next session is January 17-February 28.
