Our fitness programs are a great way to get in shape and connect with others in our community. Join us for a Zumba class, visit our walking track, and keep checking back for new classes and opportunities.
Zumba is a fitness program that uses music and dance to create a dynamic, exciting, and effective cardio workout. Classes are offered on Tuesday evenings from 6:30 to 7:30 pm. The next session is January 28 to March 10. Join anytime - each class is $7 at the door or register for the whole session here and save $2 per class. If you are brand new, your first class is FREE. Wear workout clothes, bring a bottle of water, and get ready for some fun!
