Our fitness programs are a great way to get in shape and connect with others in our community. Join us for a Zumba class, visit our walking track, and keep checking back for new classes and opportunities.
Bring a fitness mat, 8-20 lb dumbbells, and water.
Zumba is a fitness program that uses music and dance to create a dynamic, exciting, and effective cardio workout. Classes are offered on Monday evenings from 6 to 7 pm. Each class is $7 at the door or register for the whole session and save. If you are brand new, your first class is FREE. Wear workout clothes, bring a bottle of water, and get ready for some fun!
Fall session is September 11 - October 30.
