First Fields Women are purposed to bring opportunities for women to make connections, develop deep friendships, and find spiritual encouragement, challenge, and accountability from one another.
Circumstances and activities may change from time to time, but the goals of giving glory to God and building up the sisters around us as we all do life together remain.
Gen Squads
Women glean from other women, especially those with different life experiences from our own. This is where GenSquads began. Reaching across generations, these small groups will spend at least four months do life together. Each group will be encouraged to meet monthly with specific goals in mind and contact one another weekly for simple chats in order to build on relationships that have already started. Much more than a mentorship program, GenSquads provide rich blessings on your life and your family as you pour blessings into others.
